หลักการเเละเหตุผล

เนื่องจากธุรกิจด้านอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ อุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และอุตสาหกรรมไฟฟ้าแล้ว

นอกจากเราต้องดำเนินการ Set up ระบบต่างๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนให้สามารถทำการผลิตให้ผลิตภัณฑ์มีคุณภาพ

 ตามทีลูกค้าต้องการแล้วนั้น สิ่งหนึ่งที่ทุกบริษัทฯ จะมองข้ามไม่ได้ คือ สินค้าต้องปราศจากสารปนเปื้อนที่เป็นพิษ

 และส่งผลกระทบกับสิ่งแวดล้อมและมนุษย์นั้น ก็คือสารเคมีที่จัดอยู่ในจำพวกสารโลหะหนักนั่นเอง

 อาทิ เช่น โครเมียม แคดเมียม ปรอท ตะกั่ว และอื่นๆ ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องยากถ้าผู้ประกอบการ ไม่มีความรู้

  ความเข้าใจอย่างเพียงพอ เพราะนอกจากผู้ประกอบการจะต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ

  ที่ว่าด้วยเรื่องการควบคุมสารปนเปื้อน คือ ELV, ROHS, REACH, SVHC, 76/769/EEC, PFOS, DMF, WEEE,

  ตลอดจนข้อกำหนดสารเคมีชนิดอื่นๆ ที่ทาง OEM และหน่วยงานที่ทำการควบคุม และบังคับใช้กฎหมาย

  ได้ประกาศฯ ควบคุม หรือห้ามใช้ ซึ่งเป็นข้อกำหนดที่ทุกบริษัทฯ จะต้องปฏิบัติตามอย่างเคร่งครัด

  ตลอดจนต่อไปในอนาคต IMDS : International Material Data System หรือ

  ระบบข้อมูลวัสดุสากลซึ่งเป็นระบบที่สำคัญมากที่เข้ามามีบทบาทในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์

  อุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และอุตสาหกรรมไฟฟ้า ดังนั้นทุกโรงงาน / บริษัท ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเทรดดิ้ง

  จำเป็นต้องดำเนินการทำข้อมูลในระบบนี้เพื่อ Support ให้กับคู่ค้าของตน หากบริษัทฯ

วัตถุประสงค์การอบรม
